If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.  
 
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy: 
 
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Luxury Gardens and Living 
 
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service. 
 
“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. 
 
“Service” refers to the Website. 
 
“Website” refers to Luxury Gardens and Living, accessible from www.luxurygardensuk.com 
 
“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. 
 
Delivery Times 
 
We offer a free delivery service for all of our products. With this service you will recieve your order within 7-10 working days. 
 
Alternatively we can arrange to dispatch items via our express courier service upon request. This may require you to pay an extra fee. 
 
Bespoke items may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the size and scale of the order.  
 
Your Order Cancellation Rights 
 
You are entitled to cancel or amend your bespoke order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. (BESPOKE ITEMS ONLY!) 
 
Bespoke products cannot be returned after they have been dispatched due to them being made specially for you. 
 
For all other items, we offer a 7 day return policy, starting from the day in which you recieved the goods.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. 
 
Conditions for Returns 
 
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 
 
The Goods were recieved within the last 7 days 
The Goods are in the original packaging 
The following Goods cannot be returned: 
The supply of Goods made bespoke to Your specifications or clearly personalised. 
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. 
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. 
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. 
 
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. 
 
Damaged Returns 
 
If you recieve your order damaged, you must make us aware of the issue within 48 hours of recieveing your delivery, 
 
Along with this you must send us photographic evidence to confirm the damage. 
 
Returning Goods 
 
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. 
 
Once we recieve your return we will check the goods are recieved by us in thier original condition, unless it is sent back to us as a damaged return, you will then be notified via email and, if approved, we will then return the payment to your original payment method. 
 
Property and installations 
 
Once our products have been delivered, displayed or installed, the Company will not take responsibility for any damages that may be caused by unusual weather patterns, adverse weather conditions, general wear and tear or any other contributing factors that may lead to damages caused. 
 
The risks in the goods shall pass to the Client at the time the goods are installed on the Client’s premises. 
 
All goods supplied by the Company shall remain at the property of the Company until payment by the client has been made in full. 
 
The Company reserves the right to change the date of any booked installations due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond their control.
