Caring for your water feature

Ensure that the fountain is always fully submerged with sufficient water. We would advise that you clean and top up the water feature on a regular basis to avoid algae build up, you can quickly clean your water feature by using any of our water feature cleaning products. Always unplug your water feature from the mains before cleaning the feature and pump. Never allow the fountain to run dry.

Preparing your water feature for the winter

During winter never allow ice to form on your water feature as this can crack the bowls. During winter you should drain and clean the whole water feature and use a water feature cover. For added protection that water feature should be stored indoors if possible.
