Terms and Conditions

Basis of Sale

An agreement for us to sell you goods is made on these terms when we accept an order made by you via our website, over the telephone, or via email. The description of the goods, the price, and any delivery costs are set out in the order page. You will receive confirmation of your order on-screen, and/or via email.

We aim to provide you with the clearest idea of the nature of the goods we sell. However, as some of our products are made from natural materials and/or hand-finished, some products may differ slightly from the pictures on our website. In regards to artificial plants, dimensions are to be regarded as approximations as these sizes may vary slightly.

Details of Order

The quantity, quality, and description of goods will be set out in your order. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available the order reflects current pricing, and your payment option is authorised for the transaction.

Out of Stock Items

You will be informed if any of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock. We will provide you with the options of a split delivery, similar replacement, or cancellation of your entire order or the affected products within your order.


Payment is usually charged the same day as your order is placed. A deposit will be required for some large orders, pre-orders (including stock replenishment of out-of-stock items), and services. Bespoke and made-to-order items require immediate payment.

We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected to your order secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit card and/or account information.


Your order will be sent either by a delivery company, such as Fedex, though smaller items by Royal Mail. Tracking is available upon request for couriered items but not those delivered by the Royal Mail.

If you are not in when the couriers try to deliver, you will be left a card. The couriers we use require a signature for delivery so it is not always possible for your items to be left in a 'safe spot'. You will be given a chance to specify any specific delivery instructions, which we will pass on to the delivery services we use, though we cannot guarantee that these will be adhered to.

Due to the size and/or weight of some of our products, or in the case of bulk orders, your order will be sent on a pallet network. These are delivered to your property on a large vehicle (anything up to an articulated vehicle) with a tail lift and manual pallet trolley. Because of this, your delivery will be taken to the nearest hard-standing ground. It is important that you advise us of any problems with access to your property, as you will be liable for any redelivery or return charges if the vehicle does not have sufficient access.

We will only deliver to the address you specify in your order. It is important that this address is accurate, as we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to your order once it has been delivered in accordance to your delivery instructions.

If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to advise you that the delivery date will be extended.

Returns, Damages, Risk & Ownership

Risk of damage to/loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you or, if you fail to take delivery, the time when we tried to deliver.

You will only own the goods upon successful delivery and we have received payment in full.

We check all orders for defects before despatch. Upon delivery, take the time to check the goods over for any damages incurred during transit. Do not sign for goods as undamaged if they are not so. Please refuse delivery of any damaged items, as the courier will deliver them back to us and we will issue replacements or a refund.

If you sign for the delivery as undamaged/your order was left without need for a signature, and you find it damaged, you need to notify us either in writing or over the phone before close of business (17:00hrs) that day, or the next working day. Any initial notification after this period will be deemed out of time and consequently void.

If you wish to return your order for other reasons, in accordance to the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days in which to notify us of your intent to do so and return the items to us at your own expense. We will not pay return postage in this instance.

The items must be sent back in their original condition. Once we receive the items back at our warehouse, we will inspect them and deduct any damages from your refund. Please keep any records (such as a postage receipt) in the unlikely event that your order is lost by the courier you use

Please note: Bespoke and made-to-order items (including the creation of a drainage hole upon request) cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
