Description - Our instant artificial Deluxe Boxwood hedge is a brilliant alternative to a living hedges. Our artificial boxwood hedges are suitable for long term use both outdoors and indoors. Our instant hedges are built on a timber frame and sat in a tanalised timber trough.
Artificial Boxwood Hedge Quality - Our artificial Boxwood foliage is made from durable plastics and latex shaped to create a 100% botanically accurate leaf structure.
The foliage is clad onto a heavy duty plastic mesh which allows the foliage to be flexible and hard wearing. All timber used is tanalised which means it has been treated to prevent any rotting and enables your hedge to be a long term outdoor fixture. Where can I use this Boxwood hedge? Our artificial Boxwood foliage is UV stable which protects against any discolour or fading, this allows the boxwood hedge to stay looking at its best outdoors as well as indoors.
The framework the boxwood hedge is built on is hollow which allows the wind to blow through as it would with a natural hedge. Many other artificial hedge designs are clad onto a wooden shaped box which can catch in the wind and hinder the security. Our design prevents any of this so no matter how exposed your area is the hedge will be safe. Finishing Touches - Please note the depth of the hedge can be altered if required, we believe the most in proportion depth is 25cm, there is approximately 5cm of foliage either side of the trough this makes the hedge portion of the display anything up to 35cm, please always bare this in mind when selecting the trough depth.
Delivery of hedges - Hedges if ordered in quantity are normally delivered to you on a pallet. The hedges themselves are not light so you may need an extra person to help off load the hedges from the pallet, the couriers are not obliged to bring the hedges into your house as they only offer a kerbside service. We can get bespoke couriers - please call for details.
